Mô tả công việc
We are recruiting trainee lawyers or legal consultants (preferably with 1~3 years of experience) who should be able to conduct following tasks:
• Draft and apply application dossiers for licenses (out-of-city travel may be required);
• Draft contracts, agreements and other legal documents;
• Draft M&A due diligent reports;
• Research and draft legal memos;
• Translate documents;
• Support and work under instruction of lawyers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Having graduate from law universities;
• Fluent in English (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent)
• Ability and willingness to handle a wide variety of legal assignments under time pressure
• Good communication skills;
• Enthusiastic, positive, response quickly to work.
• Good at both independent and team work.
• Logical thinking, honest, diligent, devoted to work.
• Strong interpersonal skills
