Mô tả công việc
- Carry out Leasing activity for occupy space in Shopping center. Build good relationship with potential & current tenants
- Make survey and update about catchment area, competitors, retail market
- Find potential tenants for in-charge categories
- Make proposal and presentation for the meeting with tenants
- Negotiate contract with tenants and make process for the contract
- Do the paper work for Leasing like letter of offer, tenancy agreement…
- Follow up the fit-out of the tenants to ensure opening date as schedule
- Cooperate with other departments to solve any related problems
- Actively build and maintain good relationship with tenant
- Make reports as requirement from superiors
- Other tasks as assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Bachelor degree
Good communication & Negotiation skill
0-4 years working experience in related fields is preferred.
Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Be careful & accurate, good team-work and communication skills.
