Mô tả công việc
Negotiate leasing terms, conditions and close deal with tenant
Follow up with tenants during fit-out period to assure opening date
Prepare the paper work or document for Leasing department (Leasing contract, request for approval, report…)
Prepare presentation, looking for potential tenants, set up meetings
Make the market survey for retail and competitors
Analysis of tenant’s business (sales/rent) in current malls
Other tasks as assigned

Bachelor degree
Good communication in both Vietnamese and English
1 – 2 years working experience is preferred.
Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Be careful & accurate, good team-work and communication skills.
