Leasing Manager

1. Ensure achievement of performance against leasing targets set in line with the Center Leasing Concept. Review direct reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
2. Ensure the successful leasing of retail and F&B outlets, in line with the commercial terms set out in the Leasing budget, as well as the predetermined strategy.
3. Ensure that the merchandising mix of tenants achieves the positioning of the Center as a premier destination for retail, F&B and leisure activity.
4. Ensure that the leasing policy is strictly adhered to at all times.
5. Maintain strong relationships with tenants in order to facilitate the addition of their concepts as part of the master strategy and to build and maintain relationships.
6. Co-ordinate with other relevant departments regarding changes in design and implications on Center Leasing Concept.
7. Manage the Leasing team on leasing transactions, follow-up on transactions and support the team in concluding deals. Interact with team on a daily basis through formal catch-up sessions to maintain the momentum of the leasing process
8. Unblock/ Active the data in SAP
9. Performs other tasks as assigned.

• University qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline
• Master of Business (Preferable)
• Good command both of English and Vietnamese in writing and speaking skills
• Proficiency with MS Office application
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the successful leasing of shopping centers
• Excellent in Commercial and negotiation skills
• Understanding of merchandising, including mix, quality, and brand.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team.
