1. Assist the Manager in all related leasing activities
2. Coordinate with all concerned departments during leasing negotiation
3. Plan and monitor the allocated budget
4. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Retail Manager
5. Prepare and update leasing documents
6. Keep lease document in good condition of preservation, order and updated
7. Performs other tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or its equivalent
- Good command both of English and Vietnamese writing and speaking skills
- Proficiency with MS Office application
- At least 2 years’ experience in leasing at shopping Mall/Real Estate
- Good command both of English and Vietnamese writing and speaking skills
- Proficiency with MS Office application
- At least 2 years’ experience in leasing at shopping Mall/Real Estate
