Mô tả công việc
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Plan, execute and monitor leasing plan under monthly/ quarterly/ yearly to work with potential/ current clients
Secure profit and achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly income targets under approved plan
2. Contact, develop clients/ tenants to have leasing demand for Wagon/Kios, Event Courts, Storage, Signage at SC as well as introduce to customers for suitable services
3. Manage clients (Current & New) in sectors: Contracts; Good cooperation & management with all clients in their leasing activities; Support leasing clients; Good relationship
4. Cooperate with Accounting Team/F.A Team in Ha Noi in following & managing client's contract/deposit/debt without bad debt and update to F.A Team/Accounting Team under timeline
5. Daily manage client's leasing items under company regulation and standard and coordinate with all concerned departments for leasing activities
6. Cooperate tenants/ clients with Sales & Marketing activities to maximize offers to customers and contribute in reduce expense
7. Plan, execute and monitor CSR/SCV activities for SC to increase brand value
8. Train/ coach & daily manage staff to achive targets
9. Report monthly/quarterly/yearly to Leaders
10. Daily patrol Mall to check client's leasing items and S&M's works ( POSM…) and other tasks assigned by Manager

- Desired qualification: Bachelor
- Working experience: > 3 Years in leasing/sales/marketing
- Good communication in English
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Core Competencies: Achievement Orientation, Communication, Planning & Organizing, Teamwork, Customer Focus, Innovation & Creativity, Leadership, Developing Others, Problem Solving
- Functional Competencies: Negotiation Skills, Conflict Management, Data Analyzing, Quality & process Orientation, Coping with Stress
