What exactly is a Leasing & Corporate Specialist?
The Leasing & Corporate Specialist will be working directly with Christina’s Leadership Team to manage all aspect of the company’s long term lease and corporate partnership efforts.
As a Leasing & Corporate Specialist, you will be responsible to distribute Christina’s leading quality listing across Vietnam focused on long term and corporate tenants. Your primary responsibility is making sure Christina’s properties are sufficiently occupied and building strong partnerships to provide our services for corporate and long term segment.

What can you expect to be doing…
Respond to enquiries by telephone, email and face-to-face meetings. Ensure the urgency in responding to enquiries.
Experience in evaluating potential properties, general knowledge to provide enhancement solutions for owners.
Maintain good relationship with customers, landlords and agents.
Identify market supply and demand (Customers, competitors, trends) and provide feedbacks to team leaders.
Ability to build a team around you that complements each other work and targets.

The must-haves
At least 2 years of experience in sales, focused on brokerage for long-term residents or in similar field.
Ability to operate independently to meet KPI’s.
Deep market knowledge about long-term lease, existing database preferred and outstanding real estate knowledge.
Highly energetic, sales, target driven and negotiation skillset, not shy to be outside or working long hours
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Unshakable integrity, without it, nothing sustainable can be built.
Ruthless persistence, hard work and determination conquers all.
Ability to learn quickly, learning is the only way to grow.
Be fluent in English, we are a global company and English is a global language.
