TITLE: Lease Administrator
LOCATION: Crescent Mall Center Management Office, 6F, 101 Ton Dat Tien St, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, HCMC
REPORTING TO: Senior Lease Administrator
WORKING TIME: 5 days/week (Monday – Friday), 9:00AM – 18:00PM (1 hour for break time)
• Checking, processing & ensuring lease agreements are in accordance with terms and conditions agreed and to finalize within strict time frame to 100% accuracy;
• Set up new leases and tenancy agreements on SUN systems and excel file, being responsible for maintenance and administration of each tenants lease documentation;
• Responsible for tracking, creation and delivery of all lease required notifications, options, renewals, amendments and termination documentation, with 100% accuracy and within specified timelines as dictated by Lease documentation;
• In charge of preparation and submission all daily, monthly reports related to Leases, tenants sales performance, to assist managers in Crescent mall and the Landlord;
• In charge of preparation of revenue & lease budgets;
• Attending necessary meeting & responding to tenants’ requests and communicate with tenants on any terms and conditions of the lease.
• Special Projects and tasks outside of the above framework as required

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Graduation from business / law.
• New graduation or 1 year experience
• Experience in dealing contract in both English and Vietnamese or managing contract are plus.
• Proficiency on software program including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as proficiency on Property Management Software Systems.
• Ability to understand, interpret and analyse numerical information
• Advanced comprehension of property and legal documentation essential, with a firm understanding of the legal ramifications of the more common lease amendments as requested.
• New graduation or 1 year experience
• Experience in dealing contract in both English and Vietnamese or managing contract are plus.
• Proficiency on software program including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as proficiency on Property Management Software Systems.
