Learning Management System (Lms) Officer

Due to the expansion of the British University Vietnam, Hanoi, we are recruiting:

Job title: Learning Management System (LMS) Officer

Report to: Learning Resource Centre (LRC) Supervisor

Job Objectives:

This position is responsible for the maintenance and execution of British University Vietnam (BUV)’s Learning Management System (LMS), an online learning environment, in coordination with members of faculty.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate the uploading, content management and appearance of BUV online account, resources and LMS.
• Work closely with faculty in planning uploading
• Ensure all systems are maintained and accurate
• Organise regular training systems
• Produce weekly/monthly/semester/ annual reports

Job Requirements:

• Vietnamese national
• Holder of Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Foreign Languages, Creativity or Computing
• Having experience in website – resolve, design and maintenance
• Familiarity with LMS (preferably Canvas)
• Good team worker
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese
• Excellent IT skills – MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Database), preferably with LMS
