Learning Consultant Manager

We are looking for a highly energetic sales professional to join our dynamic team in helping parents to discover their child’s unique talents, strengths and personality and thereby, creating a personalized learning experience for each child. As part of the pioneer team in our first studio in Vietnam, the Learning Consultant Manager will be expected to deliver excellent customer experience through the course of the customer journey from enquiry, pre-sales consultation, to after sales customer management support.

REPORTS TO: CEO

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales

• Overall sales target achievement through the external sales agent network and internal Learning Consultant Team;
• Develop the sales channels through recruitment, training and effective management;
• Recruit, train, coach and manage an effective sales network of external sales agents and internal sales team

Sales Reporting

• Ensure that all sales reports are updated and submitted in a timely manner
• Analzye and provide insights based on the sales reports to BOD for further decisions
• Provide product and customer feedback to improve our strategic value to our target markets

Customer Experience

Pre-sales:

• Work closely with Marketing to input and support on all customer engagement activites with the aim of increasing brand awareness and lead generation2. Sales:
• Monitor and train the sales team to that parents receive high quality, professional and valuable consultation
• Constantly evaluate and improve on the sales journey that is highly efficient and effective
• Support the sales team to work with customers when needed

Post-Sales:

• Develop a parent communication strategy that will keep the parents up-to-date on onboarding, their child's learning progress and engagement with the company
• Work closely with the Academic Manager to ensure that all students are well supported in class and during their learning journey with CURIOOKids

Personal Development

• Participate in all training and development plans organised by the company.

Any other duties as assigned by the Line Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years in managing a sales and service team in a Young Learner centre environment.
• Proven track record in achieving sales through leading a team.
• High literacy with technology
• Able to analyze and present insights based on the numbers/situation
• Has a service-to-sales mindset with a strong focus on customer experience and satisfaction
• Attention to details on every aspect of the customer journey
• Resourceful, resilient and have the ability to think out of the box
• Charismatic, dynamic and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to connect with people from different levels
• Good attitude and comfortable with a new way of working
• High literacy in technology and MS office software
• Weekend duty rosters
