Learning Consultant

Tele-sales

• Call and follow up on all marketing leads to convert into appointments for consultation
• Follow old leads as assigned by line manager

IAR1 (English Assessment & Child Aptitude Test)

• To conduct English assessment test and child aptitude test as part of the pre-sales journey

IAR2

• To conduct parent interview, consultation to parents on IAR results and closing
• Follow up on all IAR2 to deal with parent concerns and try to convert into sales to meet the monthly/ quarterly target

Training Support

• To support the Studio/Sales Manager in training new LSAs and Sales Agents on IAR

Student Engagement Activities

• Work closely with Marketing/ Academic team to deliver/support on student content/activities as outlined in the Marketing events

Customer management

• Work closely with the LSA and Academic Team to review student learning progress, development recommendations and support parents for good experience
• Work on current students/ Alumni to meet the renewal and referral target

Any other duties as assigned by the Line Manager

• At least 3-year experience as a Sales Consultant in a Young Learner center.\
• Good English with an IELTS score of 6.5 and above take advantage
• High literacy in technology and MS office software.
• Have a strong service mindset.
• Pleasant, positive, and high energy.
• Good attitude and comfortable with a new way of working.
• Ability to connect with people from different levels.
• Driven and ambitious for career and professional development.
