Learning Consultant

We are looking for a highly energetic sales professional to join our dynamic team in helping parents to discover their child’s unique talents, strengths and personality and thereby, creating a personalized learning experience for each child. As part of the pioneer team in our first studio in Vietnam, the Learning Consultant will be expected to deliver excellent customer experience through the course of the customer journey from enquiry, pre-sales consultation, to after sales customer management support.

JOB TITLE:  Learning Consultant   

DEPARTMENT: Sales             

REPORTS TO: Learning Consultant Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

Telesales

Call and follow up on all marketing leads to convert into appointments for IAR1 and IAR2

IAR1 (English Assessement & Child Aptitude Test)

To conduct english assessment test and child aptitude test as part of the pre-sales journey

IAR2

To conduct parent interview, consultation to parents on IAR results and closing

Follow up on all IAR2 to deal with parent concerns and try to convert into sales

Training Support

To support the Studio/Sales Manager in training new LSAs and Sales Agents on IAR1

Student Engagement Activities

Work closely with Marketing to deliver/support on student content/activities as outlined in the Marketing Plan

Parent Communication

Work closely with the LSA and Academic Team to review student learning progress and development recommendations

Any other duties as assigned by the Line Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3-year experience as a Sales Consultant in a Young Learner centre;
• Good English with an IELTS score of 7 and above;
• High literacy in technology and MS office software;
• Have a strong service mindset;
• Pleasant, positive and high energy;
• Good attitude and comfortable with a new way of working;
• Ability to connect with people from different levels;
• Driven and ambitious for career and professional development;
• Weekend duty rosters.
