Learning And Development Manager (Training Manager)

1/ L&D Management

• Build the image of L&D Training Center, training standardize.
• Deploy annual TNA: identify needs, develop and organize implementation, manage training.
• Build and manage budgets and development training plans.
• Training management: training schedule, arranging trainers, learners, administrative procedures before / after the course, logistics services, POSM related to training.
• Develop and provide assessment tools for capabilities.
• Build Skills-Metrix, Learning Map for each Job family, position.
• Directly provide staff training, talented staff.
• Build and manage internal, external lecturers and relevant policies.
• Develop training policies and procedures.

2/ Talent Development

• Develop strategies, policies and plans for short-term / long-term human resource development.
• Build and deploy programs for leadership pipeline development throughout the company.
• Build and implement talent development programs and succession teams for the organization.
• Develop internal candidates through the Borrow strategy.
• Build and develop personnel policies within the scope of functions

3/ E-Learning

• Develop, operate, and provide E-Learning services.
• Build online training content, provide training services.
• Develop and operate online tools to support training and development.
• Develop, provide, guide IDP services.
• Learning communication: provide training information and help to raise awareness and learning culture in HSC.
• Participate in building self-study content online.
• Manage electronic library.

Educational
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources / Finance / Economics / Banking or relevant fields.

Qualification
• Good ability to communicate, present, train, manage and motivate staffs.
• Ability to solve problems requiring accuracy and speed.
• Positive thinking and enthusiastic in work.
• MS Office proficiency (Work, Excel, PowerPoint…)
• Good communication in Vietnamese and English.
• Advanced time management and organizational skills.
• Advanced understanding of the principles of labor and employment legislation within the relevant jurisdictions.
• Advanced leadership skills with the ability to manage change with a strong results-orientation.

Experiences
• Understanding of Finance, Securities.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the same positions.
