Mô tả công việc

1. JOB PURPOSE:
To direct, lead and manage the Learning & Development strategy and make sure the execution is on track and schedule. It drives the L & D aligning with the country business plan.
2. ACCOUNTABILITIES:

* Training and Development:
- Be responsible for implementing the training and development plan of the whole company to build professional and highly productive workforce
- Organize and coordinate training for in-house training programs and employee communication sessions based on established schedule and requirements
- Monitor training effectiveness by collecting, compiling and analyzing participant feedback and maintaining up-to-date records and provide regular updates to Heads of HR and other departments
- Coordinate with Department Heads/Business Managers on nomination of staff for the training and schedule to ensure that programs are well attended
- Maintain and update Orientation documents, conduct Orientation training programs for new comers and soft skills training course for existing staff.

* Employee Performance Management:
- Be responsible for implementing the Employee Performance Management program to make sure that employee performance is well evaluated and driving to meet business result
- Conduct training on Performance Management System program to all staff and monitor the PMS implementation of all departments for the purpose of identifying the development plan for all staff
- Collect/ file all documents related employee performance for personnel records
- Provide consulting to staff for long term career development with the company and help them progress along the career path
- Coordinate with employee’s supervisor to enhance training and coaching for better performance

* Talent Management Program:
- Be responsible for implementing the Talent Management Program in order to build the leadership pipeline for next generation of leaders for Fico-YTL
- Coordinate with head of departments to identify talents and implement the nomination process for assessment
- Prepare personal file of each talents for assessment, tracking development plan and recording
- Work with Department Head to build development plan for each talent and supporting them in implement the development plan
- Coordinate with Department Head to build the tactic plan to engage and talents

* Employee Engagement
- Provide consulting and/or instruction to staff on the implementation of company policy, regulation ect…
- Monitor the working environment and provide initiatives to make working environment better
- Organize staff activities to enhance the staff momentum and morale for higher engagement
- Conduct annual staff survey and monitor staff satisfaction score after the survey
- Propose activities/projects to improve staff satisfaction score year after year

* Human Capital Projects (HC)
- Be in charge of Human Resources Communication to staff and relevant departments for all HC activities, projects in order to create awareness and get cooperation and/or support from them
- Implement HC projects related to Best People strategies and Strategic Program Offices to enhance management capabilities and operational infrastructure to support stable growth and to build corporate culture for Fico-YTL
- Periodically review and enhance HC policies and procedures to ensure that HC operates in legal compliance and procedural manner to avoid any legal dispute and audit issues other tasks as assigned by Head of HR

Yêu cầu ứng viên

* KNOWLEDGE
- A degree holder
- At least 5 years relevant experience in learning and organization development, training and/or other HR functions.
* SKILLS
- Good organizational skills, resourceful and with ability to multi-task
- Possess good facilitation and training skills
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Customer Service Oriented
