Learning and Development Executive

 Summary and analysis of training needs of all departments in the Company
 Participate in the development of a common capacity framework system and assessment of capacity gaps
 Support the development of practical, short-term and long-term training programs that are compatible with the group's overall development orientation.
 Design, document and deliver courses in line with the individual development plan and with the objectives and operational practices of the units.
 Collaborate closely with the academic and development managers of companies to implement and monitor academic and development programs and activities.
 Organize and manage training programs periodically or irregularly based on actual needs
 Supporting the organization of exchange activities, knowledge sharing, seminars, seminars ... to improve knowledge and update good practices for employees of the company.
 Develop a network of training partners

- Basic HR training and development knowledge applying in different business context.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience on handling core HR activities with experience managing Learning and Development of a medium to large corporation
- Experienced in organizing many events/activities to build a learning culture in the business
- Knowledge of the principles of human development and training
- Ability to deliver and manage learning projects/ training activities
- Knowledge of E-learning management software
- Familiar with traditional and modern training methods
- Ability to design, document and deliver TH skills training courses
- Ability to plan, make decisions and organize
- Ability to communicate and communicate information to many different subjects
- Good use of English
- Proficient in office computing
