ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
This position will act as an learning and organizational development liaison and advisor to the organization’s leadership and facilitates the organization's initiatives across the enterprise. The jobholder will plan, develop, implement and administer training & development programs, multiple projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives. This person will also play a role as HR business partner for Commercial function to provide consultancy and supports in all HR-related issues.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
• Provide expertise in strategy development and execution, planning, and facilitation of people development efforts to achieve business objectives.
• Consult with management on performance, organizational, and leadership matters. Conduct needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
• Design, develop and manage training programs and practices for professional employee development. Develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training and development activities.
• Leverage corporate resources to build career path for high potential talents
• Be SME for People Development systems like LDR, GPS, GC, RBIS University.
• Evaluate contractors or vendors to develop and/or administer training programs.
• Be responsible for analysis and development of yearly master training plan.
• Monitor and report on activities, costs, performance, etc., as required.
HR Business Partner
• Partner with the Commercial function management to design and deliver people strategies, processes and programs that are aligned with expectation and business objectives
• Support the functional management to develop the organizational capability and resources required to enable delivery of business strategy.
• Consult with Commercial Line Managers on all HR-related issues

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related discipline preferred.
• 8+ years human resources experience preferably as a HR Representative, Generalist, Business Partner, HR Consultant or related.
• Knowledgeable of HR laws, regulations and company HR policies.
• Understand the business, its strategy and people.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent consultation, facilitation, written and verbal communication skills, training and presentation skills.
• Skilled in managing priorities, workflow, handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Skilled in working independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship building and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
• Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office and function specific software.
