Mô tả công việc
To support the direct superiors to establish, implement and administer training & development policies and procedures to ensure all nation-wide employees (below Head of Department members) are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge mainly in financial and life insurance areas and promoting their career development to meet business requirements
Main Responsibilities:
*Training & Development:
1. Establish training & development policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of training & development system.
2. Manage, develop, implement training & development activities to meet business operation requirements & career development
3. Design training to ensure quality and consistency according to the training programs which were designed or approved or direct superiors, to ensure staff handle the jobs professionally to meet the department objectives
4. Coordinate with other departments to develop/facilitate training courses/activities to ensure their training needs are met.
5. Administer and follow up the Performance Appraisal & Management Review to ensure those management & development tools to be implemented continuously and properly.
6. Budget and manage annual expenses of training & development activities to ensure accuracy and reasonableness to satisfy annual plan.
7. Establish connection with outside training providers/consultants to evaluate and select the right one to provide properly respective training activity
*Staff Engagement & Relation:
1. Organize staff event activities (birthday celebration, marriage gifts, family visits, company events, employee benefits, English clubs, year-end party, staff communication,..)
2. Enhance the level of engagement through conducting and analyzing employee survey and oriented activities
3. Ensure that all compliance matters are identified and openly and honestly reported to the Line Manager
4. Conduct staff discipline measurement if any to ensure discipline policy briefed, implemented, reinforced as existing guidance.

*Education
University graduated, prefer in Human Resources/ Business Administration/Law
*Experience & knowledge
3-5 years experience in general HR field, 3 years experience in corporate training and development management
*Skills
- Good interpersonal, communication skill;
- Leadership; Initiative, creative;
- Good problem-solving skills and decision making;
- Highly organized;
- Detail-oriented, teamwork spirit.
