Learning & Development Specialist

GENERAL INFORMATION

• Reports to: Group Learning & Development Manager
• Working location: TMG HCMC Office, Floor 10, 157 Pasteur, Ward 6, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate and implementing Group’s learning strategies and plans aligned with the Group’s vision, mission and strategies. Such plans shall cover TMG Head Office, subsidiary companies of TMG and other affiliates of TMG;
• Design and delivering learning courses for both online and office programs, career plans and workshops helping people learn and grow with TMG;
• Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiencies of the Group’s learning courses for continuing improvement from time to time;
• Write content, coordinate and manage Group’s Internal Communication activities to increase the engagement of members or employees, tracking the level of job satisfaction among employees by various ways and means such as coaching, feedback, surveys and polls.

MAJOR TASKS
• Write and edit internal communication contents in English and Vietnamese, being the admin of internal communication channels, internal contest, internal events and other internal communication responsibilities;
• Design and produce contents needed and deliver online and offline learning and development courses, workshops and other trainings;
• Record feedbacks and comments from learners for learning & development materials and programs enhancement;
• Coordinate closely with other teams within Corporate Service Function to form a holistic approach toward developing and nurturing people;
• Evaluate the result of the annual training activities and plans to report to management highlighting the achievements and areas for improvements
• Other tasks as assigned by direct subordinate

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• University/College Graduate with at least 01 year experience at the same position
• Fluent in English communication and presentation
• Video editor and Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop and video editing software)
