Mô tả công việc
- Build Annual Training Plan/ Calendar and modify it as per HQ's Request
- Identify and assess training needs within company based on TNA
- Develop and modify Training material based on Training need
- Develop, organize, conduct and evaluate training programs included internal and external
- Plan, organize, and implement a range of training activities
- Upload training results into the LMS system, add resources into created training tasks on system and approve time sheet / time entries for participants based on Attendance Records accordingly
- Be in charge of scheduling & deliver Orientation Training for Newcomers
- Working with training vendors on the training program, include the admin task related
- Keep training documents and templates up to date, as well as store used files for tracking purpose
- Make weekly reports, monthly reports per requested
- Actively proposing and implementing ideas or actions to improve process, and to meet targets both in terms of number and quality.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 2 years of experience in Learning & Development / Training / HR field
- Good at English both writing & speaking
- Be able to plan and organize training course (trainer experience is a plus)
- Effective communication skills
