(*) JOB SUMMARRY

The Learning and Development Senior Specialist is responsible for effective and efficient implementation, sustaining, and reinforcing the Organization Learning and Development efforts that are highly stakeholder-focused, innovative, digitally advanced, aligned with the business Vision-Mission-Values and priorities; in order to enable solid business performance with a highly competent talent pool.


1. Workforce Analytics
- Leverage knowledge of business and HR analytic tools/platforms to conduct capability need analysis and define the organization capability gap for assigned level.

- Execute established systems & procedures in updating and maintaining the database


2. Learning & Capability Development

- Provide in-depth skill gap analysis and consultations on the implementation of IDP, aligned by L&D Roadmap & activities to ensure “live” IDP.

- Support the delivery, development and communication of learning programs.

- Propose a long-term L&D Roadmap aligned with the business objectives to transform the concept of learning that takes 70-20-10, ownership, and digitalization as the norm.

- Analyse relevant data to look for ways to improve learning initiatives, including assessing return on investment.

- Propose, implement new learning tools and interventions that maximize learning and address the defined capability gap.


3. Performance Management:

- Support the implementation of performance and reward processes and policies so that they are applied equitably.

- Monitor the performance online system effectiveness and propose the improvement plan to maximize the resource and ensure the delivery quality.



4. Corporate Culture Transformation:

- Align Culture Transformation Roadmap with capability development and engagement efforts to amplify the core values and learning culture across all levels in the organization

- Actively participate and implement the set of activities as assigned per the milestones of Culture Transformation Roadmap.



SELF & LEARNING GROWTH:

- Participate in corporate project initiatives cross-function/ cross-department to gain an in-depth understanding of the integrated TLN’s 3600 Solutions.

- Self-learning OD/TD, Performance and rewards theory and methodologies via leveraging internal/external resources & expertise.

- Participate in workshops about digitalization to get updates about new trends in the HR application.


MAJOR CHALLENGES:

- Proactively injects and implement new, engaging methods of learning with a real-time understanding of the workforce’s characteristics.

- Persists with the L&D roadmap in the long run

(*) QUALIFICATION & PERSON SPECIFICATION:

1. Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education/Business Administration

Essential

- At least 04 years of working experience in the L&D field for the corporate environment are at the Implementation & Sustainment level

- Independently Work planning and Organizing is a must

- Verbal Reasoning is a must

- Interpersonal communication is a must

- Confidently giving the presentation is a must

- People-Orientation / People-Sensitivity

- Driving for results

- Learning agility

- Digital Awareness

- Data analytics at basic level

- Microsoft Offices (excel in giving reports, power point,etc.)

Desirable:

- Acknowledgement of psychology basic is a nice-to-have

- Numerical Reasoning Ability

- Designing
