Mô tả công việc
• Analyze training needs of the hotel in general and individual departments
• Prepare and perform training courses based on Accor’s lesson plan and localize where necessary
• Attend departmental training session and critique performance
• Monitor the progress of the Training Plan for each department to ensure that the training objectives are being achieved
• Establish a training library of books, videos, journals and audio visual materials to assist trainers in their training programs and for staff personal development
• Maintain all hotel training records
• Produce monthly training reports for your Manager and the General Manager
• Be mainly in charge of staff activities

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources or Training
• 3 year related experience
• Good presenting skills and writing skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English
