Mô tả công việc
1. Strategy & Planning:
- Work with key stakeholders to develop a group wide L&D strategy, focusing on all aspects on the employee journey.
- Deliver the strategy in conjunction with the wider business and training teams ensuring that all L&D needs across the organization are regularly assessed and reviewed.
- Ensure all training needs is established in the business aligned to the organizational mission and objectives.
- Talent development plan & program align with business objective & talent framework.
2. Implementation:
- Ensure we deliver of our soft skills, and business awareness training and technical training as approved plan
- Ensure that all activities including courses, resources and systems meet those needs; that appropriate activities and resources are planned, organized, commissioned, and delivered in line with those needs.
- To lead and manage the effectiveness of our E learning and LMS system working with other key stakeholders as appropriate.
- Ensure that all activity is evaluated and developed to ensure ongoing effectiveness.
- Develop a suite of measurements KPIs that clearly demonstrate the impact and experience of learning within all delivery models.
- To lead on design and delivery of the organizations leadership and management program.
- Conduct Orientation for new comers.
3. Talent Management:
- Lead the talent management process including: identify talent criteria framework, talent review, talent mapping, design development
- To develop and improve our competency framework in the organization, developing key programs of work that improve the capability of our overall business.
- To act as part of the senior leadership team within the OD team supporting the Manager as required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Previous experience as a senior manager in a similar L&D role understanding the full L&D cycle.
- Experience of working in a large multi-site organization.
- Previous experience of working within a media & communication business is a plus.
- Experience of managing a large training budget.
- People management experience.
- Experience of creating and delivering L&D strategy.
- Experience of TNA and evaluating and measuring impact of learning.
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, positive and able to act as a credible ambassador for both the division and organization.
- Strong strategic thinker able to execute innovative ideas.
- Comfortable with presenting to and influencing a variety of stakeholders across the organization.
- Able to manage multiple projects at all stages.
- Ability to create momentum and inspire others.
- Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of current thinking and trends related to L&D, OD, wellbeing and engagement.
