Learning & Development Executive (Senior)

This role will support the delivery of Learning agenda in terms of planning, execution and administration in areas including Learning (Leadership & Development, Career and Capabilities Building), Performance Management, Talent Management, and Engagement in all sites and territories.

• Centralize implementation of PM & PM data/ Communication of the PM principles
• Sourcing vendor/design learning solutions
• Monitor budgets and administration: ensure that country budgets resources are invested according to strategic priorities
• Ensure roll out of training agenda. Communicate on the learning offers and promote and deploy training sessions
• Manage learning administration & logistics
• Ensure and maintain a competitive LMS offers, updated employee data. Act as key user for technical guidance
• Communication & cascade of Engagement to business leaders
• Monitoring & Activation of Engagement Action agenda
• Drive company culture & change initiatives

• University graduation
• Have 3 years working experience above in a similar position at a foreign organization
• Understanding of company culture, structures, priorities and key players, learning strategy
• Mastery of internal policies, procedures and tools
• Good understanding of adult learning principles
• Strong communication in both written and oral forms, English proficiency and interpersonal skills
• Strong planning, organization, project management and problem-solving skills, able to mobilize resources and influence stakeholders
• High autonomy as well as team work skill, and strong follow up
