Learning & Development Executive

Organizing, coordinating training courses for production under approved budget and plans to contribute to the enhancement of staff's productivity
• Implementing the training need analysis for the in charge area to prepare the training plans.
• Follow up the implementation of training plans, training budget, cost control, sourcing suppliers to ensure all training courses are carried out as scheduled.
• Analyzing loss figures in production and organize training courses in order to reduce loss related to productivity and efficiency in the production area
• Coordinating the training courses for Support Function’s staff to enhance their skills/knowledge in HVBL Group.
• Evaluating the training course to measure the training effectiveness and investment

• University graduate in Business Administration / Economics
• Knowledge of HR Management, Sociology, Culture
• At least 4-year relevant experience in foreign invested companies
• Good communication skills/interpersonal skills
• Open-minded, patient and creative
• Convincing and presentation skills
• Good customer service orientation, planning and problem solving skills
• Conversant with spoken and written English
• PC literacy (Word, Excell, Power Point…)
