• University graduated with minimum 5+ years of professional experience in Learning & Development
• Have planning & organization skills, able to communicate effectively with all levels
• Confident and professional; good consultative & influencing skills, good public speaker
• Be able to work under high pressure and team player
• Fluent communication in English and computer literacy
