Purpose of the job:
- As an integral part of the Regional / Global Operations team, drive sustainable and transformational change in an identified area of the business / operation with demonstrated improvement in KPIs across Asia Pacific region.
- Build continuous improvement capability through training and implementation of various processes, tools and methods with clear focus on A3PS method
- Support and train Sonova Group Companies and Operations Centers within Asia Pacific Region in terms of A3PS upon request
Responsibilities:
Training and Coaching:
• Build continuous improvement capability through training and implementation of various processes, tools and methods with clear focus on A3PS method
• Provide support and training to Sonova management and operations functions in Asia Pacific region upon request from the business. Other regions may be included in urgent cases.
• Follow-up on required training to ensure successful implementation of the changes or improvements and sustainability of the processes in the future
Continuous Improvement:
• As Lean Champion create a culture of continuous improvement across the organization using a range of lean methods (such as 5S, Value Stream Mapping, etc.), focusing on A3 Problem Solving
• Ensure that management and key position holder in the respective region are up-to-date with knowledge about all A3PS method and it’s usage in daily business
• Close collaboration, alignment and reporting to VP Regional OPS and to Regional Continuous Improvement Leader in order to deliver high quality service and improve existing processes on a sustainable base
• Close collaboration with Corp. HR Training department in order to track training via Learning Management System tool
• Plan training in alignment with VP Regional OPS and to Regional Continuous Improvement Leader

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Bachelor Degree in Engineering
Certified lean training, preferred certified six sigma black belt
In depth knowledge about lean training methods
Have worked as lean trainer before. Ability to transfer both theoretical and hands-on knowledge
Willing and able to travel international, short-trips as well multiple weeks.
Pro-actively looking for updates
English fluency
