Mô tả công việc
- Plan Lean six sigma training, coaching for BB, GB, YB, LSS courses and non-belters
- Lean Six Sigma strategy planning: work closely with Operation department to define and implement Lean Six Sigma manufacturing processes.
- Lean Six Sigma project implementation: Identify continuous improvement opportunities which covered Safety, HR, Facility, Planning, Equipment, Quality, etc.,
- Optimize functions, various Lean Six Sigma tools by Lead CI and Lean Six sigma projects to support process improvements through utilization of appropriate tools and methodology
- Support CI project coordination & implement system development road-map
- Prepare documents in need for certifications for BB, GB, YB and CI
- Actively contribute in content of Lean Six Sigma newsletter
- Keep LSS partner communicated about Lean Six Sigma news, activities that need their supports
- Be a bridge for 02-way communication between Lean Six Sigma and employees
- Closely work with Operation Manager’s and Department Manager’s and Lean Six Sigma partners to facilitate LSS related matters
- Through Operation Manager’s and Department Manager’s and LSS partners improve LSS engagement level of employee
- Together with Operation Manager’s and Department Manager’s, conduct monthly project review for departments
- Conduct monthly key project’s reviews with GD and Operation’s
- Reviewing Lean Six Sigma improvement projects for manufacturing and commercial sites.
- Manage all Lean Six Sigma database on share point integrity, performance KPIs reporting & documentation, tracking new product & new project performance
- Run all required reports both for local and regional requirements
- Core Lean Six Sigma team on Lean Six Sigma improvements based on analysis from database
- Support and facilitate preparations for Symposium (both local and region)
- Designing local Symposium

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University in Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related discipline preferred.
- Six Sigma Black Belt certified by recognized organizations in the industry.
- Plus at least 3 years’ experience in Six Sigma, manufacturing supervisor, Engineering Supervisor, Engineer.
- DMAIC Project Management, Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, TPM, EDA (Exploratory Data Analysis), FMEA
- Good in statistical in JMP software and Minitab software.
- Communication skill (Vietnamese & English)
- Teamwork skill
- Lean Six Sigma Projects and facilitation experiences in manufacturing
- Six Sigma Black Belt certified by recognized organizations in the industry.
