- Improving & Sustaining 5S standard at all areas within factory
- Ensuring all fulfill and correct OEE information
- Implementing New & Sustaining current Lean tool at fVN ((CI activities, 5S, PDCA, JI, Kaizen, Quick change over…)
- Implementing/Monitoring KPI report to evaluate workers, team leaders, …
- Kaizen & Suggestion system follow up
- Do Lean basis training for all of direct production levels
- Ensuring all fulfill and correct OEE information
- Implementing New & Sustaining current Lean tool at fVN ((CI activities, 5S, PDCA, JI, Kaizen, Quick change over…)
- Implementing/Monitoring KPI report to evaluate workers, team leaders, …
- Kaizen & Suggestion system follow up
- Do Lean basis training for all of direct production levels
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University or college graduation
- Good English skills (Speaking & Writing)
- It’s priority if you have worked in a shoe industry, manufacturing company.
- Working experience in Lean manufacture (is a plus)
- Have an experience in lean training, OEE & Lean tools in production (is a plus)
- Must be able to work independent as well in a team.
