Mô tả công việc
1. Lead the virtual team of Lean Coordinators in the factory.
2. Validate and approved Kaizen ideas and categorize base on the company guidelines.
3. Lead Kaizen events, identify process wastes and develop and implement corrective actions.
4. Assist with the implementation of Lean Manufacturing goals and strategies for improving the operations and processes within the organization.
5. Listen and work with employees to identify and troubleshoot processing issues; taking corrective actions as appropriate.
6. Influence and direct cross functional team for continuous improvement.
7. Track and report metrics to demonstrate continuous improvement results.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, IE, Electrical, Manufacturing or other related fields.
2. At least 2 years of related experience applying Continuous improvement tools.
3. Lean or Green belt Six sigma certification is an advantage.
4. Knowledge in manufacturing and major electronics processes.
5. Demonstrate ability to work with cross functional team and drive process changes.
6. Good communication skills in both oral and written English and Vietnames
