Mô tả công việc
• Take over role of Recruitment, Employer branding, employer engagement in HCM branch.
• Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates that meet client profile and/or building talent pools for current and future engagements.
• Manage and perform hands-on end-to-end recruitment for all job levels.
• Sourcing candidates and manage and maintain all documentation during sourcing process
• Monitors the sourcing process to ensure hiring needs are met timely
• Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
• Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
• Held the morning meeting to make it more attractive and effective to be an effective and highly connected internal communication channel
• Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
• Establish trust and confidence by maintaining integrity and providing a high level of communication with managers, team members, and applicant.
• Creates and executes digital marketing campaigns that generates candidate interest and interaction
• Monitors and responds to candidate messages on key social channels
• Plans and executes Marketing project campaigns like as Vietnamworks page , Jobfair, creertalk at University...

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Have more than 5 years’ experience of recruitment in foreign companies. At least 3 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Good command of English. Japanese is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good in salary negotiation skill with applicants, good customer mindset
• Be able to work under high pressure with both with team and independently.
• Be able to coach lower levels
• Self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Sound judgment and decision-making ability.
• Attention to detail with the ability to produce high quality work product.
• Ability to work a normal schedule with flexibility for adjustments to support talent acquisition and talent retention needs.
• Enthusiasm in the work, creative, self-development
• Good command of English. Japanese is an advantage.
