Mô tả công việc
• Leading team to establish and implement the preventive maintenance plan for all machine and equipment..
• Daily following up to ensure team implement properly the preventive maintenance schedule.
• Managing the spare part storage. Identify and solve operational problems with new equipment, solve operational failures directly with the suppliers of tools.
• Analyse the manufacturing process continuously, in order to identify areas with opportunity for improvement. And work in coordination with others to improve the productivity of the entire plant.
• Play the key role in continuous improvement activities.
• Others as required from Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Minimum 1 year experience in management/supervisor level, have experience in a Japanese company.
• Bachelor in electrical or mechanical
• Priority candidate lives near factory.
• High level of problem solving and analytical skills
• Time Management and Presentation skill.
• Team work skills – able work in a team and in harmony with all team members but at the same time confident of own skills and opinions.
• Emergency handling ability
• Available to work on holiday (if required)
