My Phuoc Plant, Ben Cat, Binh Duong, Vietnam (we provided transportation from HCMC - Binh Duong)

This position is a key to our digital transformation journey that help foster stronger internal capabilities among colleagues, translate and integrate new digital methods and processes into existing ways of working. Therefore, This digital-savvy Leader possesses specialized technical skills and lead work on a company’s digital innovations.
Some key responsibility as following:
+ Execute all plant systems projects in area of expertise (IoT - Internet of Thing) in the assigned plant. Provide the technical expertise to configure, maintain and troubleshoot all plant systems at the assigned plant.
+ Provide guidance and training to plant operations to foster utilization.
+ Enforce standards that ensure global consistency of manufacturing and integration systems.
+ Establish and maintain close relationships with the regional IT GSSO and GIT teams.
+ Establish and maintain close relationships with the plant leadership teams, engineering teams, plant operations teams and quality teams.
+ Actively participate in the global plant systems integrator’s network.

Some key technical skills required for this position as below:

- Coding with IoT gateway like arduino board - using C or C++
- Working with server using: Node JS/ Express JS/ Mosquitto MQTT/ ExpressJS/Golang
- Working with data & data base: SQL server/ Python
- Programming with Java script is advanced
- Strong expertise in database architecture

5- 10 years working for Operations/ Industrial engineering departments (preferably in Consumer Goods Industry experience)
Good data sense, systematic thinking, excellent in data analysis skills. Familiar with Operations management/ processes/ Industrial engineering tools & processes. Project planning, coordinating & management skills. Good communication, both in Vietnamese & English. Google tools (Sheet, Slide, Doc), Scripting language (Javascript, Google Apps script, Python) Node JS, MQTT & SQL programming, SAP, Minitab, Crystal Ball…

Additional Requirement: Refer proficiency in Wonderware manufacturing software, Node JS, MQTT

- 13th-month salary plus KPI Bonus
