Make and optimize the daily production planning
- Control material and output of production and rejection rate
- Collect the productivity data and initiate action to improve the productivity.
- Create new or revise SOP and Work instruction
- Prepare and drive the increase of production capacity
- Support the production team in order to solve some PLC issue.
- To enforce GMP and ISO 9000/ ISO 13485 required procedures are applied, requirements in documentations, SOP/s are strictly observed and practiced.
- To ensure technical team under the domain are fully responsible, make sure all equipment, machines are properly maintained, qualified, validated, calibrated and perform adequate preventive maintenance to ensure a sustainable operation is established and avert recurrence of shortcomings in production.
- To ensure production materials scheduling defined by the planning team effectively and efficiently performing good materials plan, control and follow up.
- To maximize utility of resources effectively and efficiently such as machines, manpower and materials. To identify proactively any gaps and deviations to take appropriate corrective and preventive actions to drive a continuous improvement in all aspect of responsibility.
- To lead production staff strongly and strictly meeting production schedule, product quality, 5S and sales commitment.
- To communicate effectively with all other related departments, SCM, other B. Braun plants for related production matters for proper understanding, problem solving & decision making for good production result.
- To undertake any tasks or project delegated by the superior as when and where required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated from universities with technical engineering background (automation engineer, mechanical engineer, electrical - electronic engineer can be preferred)
- Have at least 5-year-working experience in production management.
- Have experience in with PLC system and injection molding process control
- Knowledge in ISO requirements and prefer also GMP requirement.
- To be self-disciplined, punctual, reliable and have leadership attitude
- Have knowledge in Lean manufacturing knowledge (6 Sigma - 5S) is an advantage
- Good communication skills and well organized
- Perfect knowledge about the Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Have at least 5-year-working experience in production management.
- Have experience in with PLC system and injection molding process control
