Lead Developer (C#.net /angular)

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Lead Developer (C# .NET / Angular) to join our team
This role demands a flexible,proactive mindset and hardworking, adaptable attitude.
● Collaborate with other lead developers and business analyst to define technical solutions to meet business goals.
● Build webapps, services and applications using Angular and .Net Core
● Review and Improve existing products, and build new product features features for existing products
● Define Technical tasks with business analyst and plan timelines/milestones
● Help define Best Practises and Standards for junior developers
● Provide robust coding practices and solid unit and component test coverage, and code debugging
● Improve the performance, robustness and security of the backend application programming interface (API) in terms of design quality, code quality, testing quality and system quality
● Improve the mechanics, operability and reliability of the UI in terms of design quality, code quality, testing quality and system quality

● Startup mindset- you will be expected to act like a product owner and take responsibility to ensure your projects and executed well.
● Ability to juggle multiple priorities and build a sense of urgency in a dynamic environment. Strategic choice of data structure and algorithms to design and implement the business logic.
● Experience with business logic of POS, Inventory Management, Order Processing, eCommerce, CRM.
● Proactive attitude and good communication skills
● Ability to work independently or with a group.
● Comfortable communicating in English in both Writing & Speaking
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
● 4-5 years of professional experience in development of high quality
● Comfortable using our tech stack: C# .NET, Angular, SQL, Entity Framework
● Proficiency in RESTful API design & development.
● Proficiency in Design Patterns
● Strong Experience in Message Brokers like rabbitmq
● Experience in the following frameworks : .NET Core, angular,for frontend interfaces,ASP.NET boilerplate
● Experience with MySQL database is a plus
● Experience with Multi-Tenancy system is a plus
● Proficiency using Git
