Mô tả công việc
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet, welcome, interact and check-in members and guests professionally at all times.
- Ensuring prompt and professional phone answering service.
- Render high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring their needs and requests are attended to in a timely manner; referring to Supervisor, Manager if necessary.
- Assist to ensure procedures and systems are practiced within the scope/requirement of the Company.
- Ensure proper handling of all sale transactions with issuance of official receipts.
- Ensure all documents are checked and verified before POS.
- Assist with collection of outstanding balance.
- Assist/promote shoe locker, retail occupancy.
- Assist to achieve 5 star facility standards through auditing, feedback and reporting.
- Ensure safety of staff and members are in order at all times – train and prepare for incidents, injuries.
*Working place: Lapen Center, 33A 30/4 Street, Ward 9, Vung Tuu City.

- Chào đón khách hàng với sự thân thiện và tận tình.
- Giúp khách hàng đăng nhập hệ thống thành viên.
- Soạn thảo hợp đồng giữa khách hàng và công ty.
- Hỗ trợ đảm bảo sự vận hành trôi chảy của bộ phận dịch vụ khách hàng và cung cấp dịch vụ xuất sắc tới tất cả hội viên.
- Bảo đảm rằng tất cả nhiệm vụ đều được hoàn thành theo chính sách và quy trình của công ty.
- Bảo đảm rằng hội viên nhận được giải đáp kịp thời cho tất cả các phản hồi và băn khoăn.
* Địa điểm làm việc: Tòa nhà Lapen Center, số 33A Đường 30/4, Phường 9, Thành phố Vũng Tàu.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school or above with a minimum of 6 months in a service oriented industry.
- Good command of English and Vietnamese.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Working time: Can work alternative shifts.
• Full-time: 11 am- 8 pm (1 hour break time)
• Part-time: 5 hours/shift, at least 5 days/week
- Salary range:
• Full-time: 6.5 - 7.5 mil/month
• Part-time: 22.000VND/h

Yêu Cầu Công Việc:
* Từ 6 tháng kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực dịch vụ khách hàng.
* Tiếng Anh giao tiếp: Khá/Tốt
* Kỹ năng máy tính: Microsoft Office
* Thời gian làm việc: Cả 2 vị trí đều cần ứng viên có khả năng làm việc linh hoạt theo ca.
- Đối với Part-time: tối thiểu 5 tiếng/ ngày, 5 ngày/ tuần
- Đối với Full-time: từ 11h trưa - 8h tối, T2 - T7
* Mức lương: Mức lương này được áp dụng sau 2 tháng thử việc
- Đối với Part-time: 22.000 VND/ giờ
- Đối với Full-time: 6.5 - 7.5 triệu/ tháng
