Mô tả công việc
1. Service Function within the regional service project management
2. Reporting directly to head of department
3. Scheduling and coordination of service project execution of retrofit / conversions of Krones Group orders with all involved parties.
4. Planning of technicians needed for service project together with serice coordinator
5. Preparation of necessary documents for project execution team (drawings, certificates, deliveries, templates for signature, …)
6. Customer visits to clarify orders and finalize projects
7. Follow up material deliveries before and during project execution
8. Complaint management in case of disorders due to missing or wrong parts
9. Arrange acceptance tests and capacity trials according specification
10. Check travel and service reports of technicians
11. Maintain project data and feedback in Krones reporting tools
12. Provide service quotations to customer and Krones Group contractors
13. Prepare service contracts for local orders together with service coordinator
14. Request and clarify orders for needed subcontractors together with purchase officer
15. Follow up service projects till final payment
16. Support customer in and after warranty period for services and technical upgrades
17. Provide direct technical support in Vietnam, or arrange quickly with Krones Group technical support team, also out of regular office times
18. Organize overhauls and machine assessments and audits including document flow
19. Initiate spare part orders based on assessments for quick quotation
20. Budget control of local orders including post calculation+
21. Support local sales team in new service project opportunities to clarify scope
22. Take over any further task within Krones Vietnam service department requested by head of department

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor or higher in technical/commercial field
• Ability in management and high social competence
• Solid technical understanding of food and beverage industry is preferred
• Profound knowledge of project management and project techniques is preferred
• Holistic and cross-functional thinking
• Profound knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Self-confident and friendly manner
• Resilient and innovative personality with excellent communication skills
• Capacity of teamwork with different departments
• Willingness to travel and working out of office times
• Very good English skills for internal communication
• Problem solving competence
• Organisation and time management skills
