Layout Team Leader

- Oversee the team in planning and production, communicate effectively with Danish colleagues and clients about job requirement.
- Ensure the performance, productivity and efficiency of the team.
- Take charge of interpreting job requirement for subordinates, organizing on-the-job training on hard skill-related methods in order to enhance their techniques.
- Assign appropriate resources for implementing the job and ensuring the quality before delivery.
- Take part in producing graphic materials.
- Follow up with the progress of production including time and quality.
- Conduct the periodical meeting with team members in order to share and update the status of production, flag the mistakes, solve problem.
- Coordinate with other colleagues in getting the feedback and moving to better approach.
- Conduct quarterly and annual one-one dialog with subordinates to understand their concerns and expectation.
- Make necessary reports and proposal to Head of Department about team and individual development, support the management team on people development and engagement programs.
- Build, maintain and enhance good teamwork spirit within the team and across the departments.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Head of Department and General Director.

- At least 10 working years of experience in international companies in Graphic Design/ Printing/ Advertising industry with 5 years of leading a team having at least 5 members.
- BA/ BS in Graphic Design/ Art/ Multimedia.
- Demonstrated experience in producing graphic materials for print and web and in page layout from a rough sketch or template.
- In-depth understanding and frequent use of Adobe CS5, CS6, CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator...) with MAC platform.
- Excellent skill of English communication, both in verbal and written.
- Good command of managing, scheduling and developing people.
- Proven level of planning, budgeting and analyzing the business case.
- Good presentation, negotiation and communication skills. Excellent persuasive presenting to clients.
- Flexibility, diligence, reliability and responsibility are a must.
- Ability to work independently as well as willingly to support colleagues as a team.
- A can-do attitude, result-oriented and multi-tasking capability.
