Mô tả công việc
Legal Manager is responsible for consulting, taking legal action in accordance with the procedural laws to protect the lawful rights and interests of the company:
• To consult and implement of legal procedures real estate investment;
• To draft and review a variety of contracts, agreements arising in business operation of the company;
• To consult, draft, and review legal documents issued by the company to ensure that is compliance with the law;
• Update the government’s policy in order to give the timely advice to help the company avoid legal risks relating to business operation;
• To solve complaints, disputes relating the company in courts and State authorities;
• To provide legal consultancy to the Board of General Director and other Divisions;
• To be responsible with BOD for all activities of Legal team;
• To advise and support other departments on legal matters as required;
• To lead the legal team

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University Degree in law;
• Must have at least 5 years of working experience;
• Have experience on real estate business.
• Have lawyer certificate.
• Fluency in English speaking and writing;
• Have working experience in a foreign company and a mature, experienced, competent and confident person that would easily gain the trust, respect and credibility of his/her peers;
• Must be self-motivated & driven for high results. Can work independently;
• Demonstrated high level of integrity and initiative;
• Good knowledge and skill in MS-Office, softwares required;
• Team leader skill;
• To have good public relations.
