Lawyer

Your main job responsibilities will include:
• To plan, organize and manage legal projects;
• To prepare, review and analyse legal documents required for the operation of the Company;
• In-depth study of commercial, civil, administrative and labour law, to provide a legal advice;
• To monitor, analyse and summarize information on legal issues relevant to the Company's operations in Vietnam, and ensure the implementation of changes in regulatory enactments in the activities of the Company;
• Advising the Company's management and colleagues on legal issues.

We expect from You:
• Higher legal education;
• At least 3 years work experience in the same or a similar position. Previous experience in financial or banking sector would be treated as an advantage;
• Excellent knowledge of English, Vietnamese and/or Russian in both spoken and grammar;
• Excellent skills in working with MS Office;
• Excellent communication ability, initiative, accuracy and concern for quality.
