- Counseling clients on various legal issues, particularly in the fields of Corporate, M&A, Commercial, real estate, and dispute settlement…
- Contributing to investment projects of clients as a legal consultant.
- Drafting legal opinions, agreements and other legal documents.
- Research laws and other tasks on superior assignment.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 2-3 years experience working in legal field.
- Good analysis and arguing skills.
- Good analysis and arguing skills.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Legal English.
- Integrity, enthusiasm, ability to work independently, and under high pressure.
