Mô tả công việc
• Draft application dossiers to apply for investment registration certificate (IRC), enterprise registration certificate (ERC) and other licenses upon clients’ demand;
• Research laws and provide legal advices on various legal issues in various areas of the laws such as investment law, corporate law, labor law, land law, construction law, business real estate law, Intellectual Property law, tax and banking law, etc;
• Draft contracts, agreements and other legal documents;
• Participate in negotiations and meetings with clients;
• Work and maintain good relationship with Government Officers to push customer’s dossiers and solve the troubles if any.
• Consulting in work permit, temporary resident, visa, etc,..for foreigners.
• Coordinate with other internal departments to resolve client’s issues;
• Conduct administrative affairs and other tasks required by the company.
• 5.5-day work (Saturday morning working is requested in case of company request)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Degree holder, major in Law.
• Must have Lawyer Practising License
• Over 3 years working experience in professional service and/or Law firms with minimum 3 years
• Capable of working quickly and accurately under pressure to successfully meet required deadlines.
• Flexibility to adapt with business requirements and changing laws and regulations;
• Must be initiative, independent and strong motivation;
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Vietnamese; specialist Law major English.
• Multitasking skills
