Lập Trình Viên Backend

1. Design and Implement Web APIs considering service management aspects of orchestration, choreography, security, hosting and analytics.

2. Write quality code and unit test cases for the functionalities as part of product roadmap.

3. Work with cross functional teams from product management, Leads, QA, Design and customers.

4. Take lead on new technology initiatives and build quick POCs.

5. Show technical leadership and prove to be a role model for other team members.

6. Perform code reviews and establish good coding practices for self and team.

7. Interact with Compliance and domain experts to understand the technology risks and implement them as part of technical design.

8. Build and maintain a technology first culture by enforcing best coding standards, quality metrics and engineering metrics.

Basic Qualification

1. Bachelors/Masters in Engineering from a premier institute

2. Total 2-4 years of experience in software industry

3. Passion for engineering and solving complex problems

4. Experience of working with open source and PaaS

5. Expert on Java, spring boot stack.

6. Hands on experience on cloud and dockers

7. Experience with relational and non relational databases.

Preferred Qualification

1. Experience of working in an early stage startup and building things from scratch.

2. Prior experience of BPMN, Rule Engines, Credit risk assessment
