Language Specialist (Korean) Cum Admin

The position is responsible for effective communication within company by converting spoken or written Korean to Vietnamese one and vice versa. Having high level of Korean fluency is a key to fulfill such requirements.

A. Responsibilities
- Providing accurate and timely translation of technical and administrative documents from Korean into Vietnamese and vice versa as required
- Interpreting for meetings as required, including staff meetings and other meetings related to IT/products/technical topics
- Interpreting/supporting Korean expats in exchanging daily work with Vietnamese staff when needed
- Supporting administration tasks (20%) as assigned

B. Qualifications and Competencies
- Language skill: excellent spoken and written Korean is mandatory (Topik 5 or 6), proficient level of English
- 1-2 years of experience at the same position is preferable. Also welcome fresh graduates with high level of Korean
- Knowledge of IT/Start-up/E-commerce/Retail Industry in Vietnam is desirable
- BA/BS degree required
- Active listener and effective communicator, fast worker is desirable
- Good MS Office skill
