+ Proactively plan and manage recruitment for all local positions at Language Link to ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time;
+ Be involved in the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to offer stage, which includes preparing job advertisement, receiving job applications, screening CVs, arranging interviews, doing reference check, sending offer packages, providing feedback to unsuitable candidates etc...;
+ Meet walk-in applicants, respond to inquiries from candidates, managers and external recruitment agencies about the organizations' s recruitment activities;
+ Update all recruitment policies/procedures and recommend improvements;
+ Manage vacancies and candidate database and generate recruitment-related reports;
+ Utilize online recruitment services to attract and source applicants, seek out and manage recruitment agencies;
+ Supervising & coaching a recruitment assistant in recruitment activities, assign tasks & evaluate the results.
+ Perform other tasks as required.

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
+ Knowledge:
Appropriate University degree (Bachelor degree in BA, Economy, English is preferable)
Good English (presenting, writing, listening, reading)
+ Experience (preferable):
1 year experience in similar job
Experience in education, customer service, hospitality fields
+ Other:
Work well under pressure and handle stress
