I. OBJECTIVES

 Manage Landscape design & Public Utilities projects as required by the company
 Provide design information for internal company on schedule and quality
 Propose to improve the Company’s product.

II. KRA & KPI
KRA
1. Landscape design policy & Public Utilities
+ Prepare & submit for approval of undertakings
+ Communicate, ensure to comply with the consultant’s undertakings
+ Monitor and calibrate according to the company requirements
2. Budget
+ Participate to do budgeting according to the size and project level
+ Balance, adjust budget items
+ Submit for approval for arising budget (if any)
3. Progress
+ Prepare progress F2, F3 and under
+ Balance timing based on actual
+ Warn the risk of not meeting progress to Line Manager & propose solutions.
4. Products
+ Standardize catalog & design document content
+ Ensure to comply with Vietnam Standards and Company’s product standards.
+ Products to ensure construction investment norms
5. Design Partners
+ Propose selection of consultants by project size & level
+ Manage consulting adherence to Policy - Budget - Progress - Products
+ Create good relationships with consultants on the principle of win-win
6. Participate in supervising the author during construction
+ Participate in the Material Selection process - Browse Mock-ups
+ Participate in discovering & troubleshooting during the construction process
+ Create good relationships with the management & contractor
7. Product development
+ Study projects and real estate products
+ Collect Standard - Trend - Architectural style
+ Determine Advantages - Disadvantages of products
+ Collect information from other departments proposing product differences
8. Other tasked as assigned

5. JURISDICTION AND OBLIGATION
1. Jurisdiction:
- Propose survey & assess real estate products
- Propose design product catalog to consulting
- Propose to adjust design costs according to the approved budget
- Propose to adjust the plan, duration and work progress
- Propose to evaluate Consulting, Advisory on public demand
2. Obligation:
- Completely comply with the Company's Charter and regulations, policies;
- Ensuring compliance with applicable law provisions;
- Keep Company’s confidentiality
- Participate in training and staff training courses according to the Company's policy
- Maintain the image and reputation of the Company as a representative for the Company with external partners.

B. Qualification and Experience
1. Qualification:
- Bachelor degree of Architecture – Planning
2. Working Experience:
- At least 3 years as a Consultant in the fields of Planning - Urban Design - Landscaping - Public utilities in urban areas
- Experience in Design management at Consulting company
- Experience in Design management at Consulting company
- Experience in SWOT analysis of real estate products
3. Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge about Planning - Urban Design - Landscaping - Public utilities
- In-depth knowledge of drawing records
- General understanding of construction materials, construction methods
- Master and update legal information related to the Design Law and the Construction Law
- General knowledge about construction investment activities, market situation, obstacles and difficulties
- General knowledge about information management and record keeping
