The Novaland Group Leisure and Entertainment Division are seeking a fulltime creative and talented Landscape Architect / Master Planner, to join their Attractions Design Team to assist in the conceptualization and development of unique Travel and Theme Park destination planning.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education: Degree in Landscape Architecture or Master Planning.
- Experience:
A Senior-level talent with 7-10 Yrs. working experience. Ability to visually transform and convey high concept ideas from written and verbal direction into presentable Concept Master Plans, Environmental Sketches, Illustrative Concept Site Sections, Architectural Site Elevations, Site Relationship and Zone Diagramming, Estimation of Area development and Site Architecture Footprints and Preliminary volumes.
- Talents & Skills:
• Project Programming,
• Zone Planning, Site Grading,
• Site Research and Analysis,
• Vehicular Circulation, Pedestrian Circulation,
• Area Development,
• Plant-scape Selection,
• Thematic Researching,
• Digital and Analog Hand and Layout Sketching,
• Master Plan Rendering,
• PowerPoint, InDesign.
• 3D SketchUp Modeling and Rendering is a Plus.
- Organizational Skills:
Ability to create Mood Boards, Presentation packages and deliver presentations, Microsoft Office Suite using Word and Excel. Ability to lead and manage the creative Landscape and Master Planning process from Concept to Schematic Design.
- Experience:
