Mô tả công việc
- Implement the Land Acquisition & Compensation (LAC) process according to LAC Team Leader instructions
- Follow the procedures according to the company’s ethics
- Fill the supporting documents for each transaction with all required information
- Support the project Development Manager in the negotiations with the landowners
- Work with local authorities for the land compensation process
- Assist the Project Development Manager in other tasks such as:
• Permitting processes (Drafting of letters, agreements, …)
• Connect and interact with local people/ land owners/ authorities
• Prepare and organize project presentations to local communities as well as local authorities
• Assist to local contractors during survey / equipment installations
- Report to LAC Team Leader and Project Development Manager
- Position based on a project site (Location may change depending on development priorities)

Education Requirements:
• Bachelor
• Major: Land Management/ Land Administration/ Construction/ Legal
Years of Experience Required:
• At least 5 years of experiences in relevant position
• Experiences in renewable energy project (solar, wind) is a plus
Essential Skills and Requirements:
• Fluent English in both speaking and writing.
• Competent in using AutoCAD, MicroStation software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Knowledge in law and regulations regarding Land Compensation & Clearance
• Understanding in legal policies of industrial projects (especially energy)
• Working experience in/with governmental land management organizations
• Strength in negotiation and diplomatic discussion
• Good skills in cadastral measurements, mapping and survey
• Adaptability (be able to fit in various environment)
• Proactive, friendly, honest and willing to learn
• Has good alcohol tolerance in case of business negotiation if required
• Local geographic knowledge (Binh Thuan, Gia Lai, Phu Yen or Dak Lak province) is a plus
• Immediate availability is a plus
To be successful:
• Be able to push the Land Compensation/Clearance process in order to acquire the targeted land area and convert that to energy project land
• On-field experience with Governmental Land Retrieval and Compensation is highly appreciated
• Requirement of work includes also building and maintaining relationships with local government organizations and contractors
• Ready for mobility (province to province)
Workplace: Binh Thuan or other project locations if assigned
