[Lam Dong] Purchasing Staff

- Understanding the key drivers that impact volume, quality and price trends of agricultural produce in the sourcing areas
- Developing a strong sourcing network among farmers and suppliers to guarantee the full supply of produce that meet our quality standards, volume requirements and price expectation..
- Negotiating prices, delivery time, basis post harvesting practices, other terms related to suppliers
- Proposing prices and other commercial term related to farmers to the Sourcing Manager.
- Coordinating with Sourcing manager and Supply Chain Coordinator in planning the volume required from the suppliers to ensure the stability of supply
- Execute the purchase order on daily basis
- Coordinating with QA department on produce quality and required post harvesting practices of produces of suppliers to ensure the compliance with company’s required specifications, and minimizing destroy & loss for the Company during the operation process.
- Update information to Sales, QA Department on price, quality and volume fluctuations.
- Proposing product standards / specifications to ensure company’s specification is benchmarked with key competitors in the market.
- Evaluate suppliers periodically, and work with sourcing manager to develop good performing suppliers with farming capacity into contracted farmers
- Coordinating with Accounting Department to proceed the payment for suppliers.

Education:Bachelor Degree in Economics, Food, Food processing, Biotechnology or related fields
Experience: Over 2 years in Purchase activities. Experience in fresh produce industry is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Attitudes:
- Strong commercial sense and integrity.
- Good negotiation and communication skill.
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on result.
