Laboratory Coordinator

JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for samples management flow, communication with client and daily task.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Main responsibility is to perform all level of activity and work requested per CTC under the strict framework of integrity and in respect of CTC quality guidelines and policies
- Under the supervision of CTC Vietnam management, according to the strict CTC quality guidelines and CTC integrity policy to handle all level of organization of laboratory testing coordination & administration work with clients and suppliers
- Provide logistic support on sample receipt and delivery and arrange into lab.
- Assure the everyday communication and coordination with clients/suppliers through email and phone conversation.
- Handle customer technical queries regarding testing and maintain customer relationship by providing quality service and good efficiency.
- Maintain each client file, handling procedure and centralize all information relative to clients according to instruction received from management or clients.
- Samples receipt and check if samples and application form or involved information is clear for proceeding in lab.
- Issue testing Proforma invoice / invoice to concern party as per agreed price list and client requirement.
- Send testing acknowledgment to client after receiving the samples.
- Maintain the record log with accurate information about samples received.
- Maintain samples with clear information for laboratory technician.
- Ensure the records and data of lab could be well updated and clear.
- With Laboratory Technical Responsibility to control the lead time for each project.
- Check and update the date and list for lab daily working.
- Support for Laboratory Technical Responsible.
- To prepare and send test report every day to concern party as per procedure of client file

Reports to: Physical Laboratory supervisor

- Knowledge of Chemical and physical testing of footwear, garments, Textile and leather goods would be a plus
- Experience: 1-3 years into customer support in the service industry
- Good skills for oral and written English + local language (Vietnamese)
- Computer literate (Microsoft Excel & Word).
- Rigorous, motivated and very efficient in his/her work
