- Take care internal audi, supplier audit and follow corrective action plan
- Take care training activities including policy & procedure training for factories and training for developing skill for labor team
- Control OT accumulation of the factories
- Be responsible for SA800 system of the company
- Take care regular dialogue meeting
- Review and update policies and procedure of the company
- Support and prepare the logistic work of the team
- Other related labor compliance from Manager
